Greg Wasson
Co-Founder and Chairman
Greg is the co-founder of Wasson Enterprise, a family-based investment firm that believes in the power of entrepreneurship. Greg is the former President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. and currently serves as board member of Health Care Service Corporation, Performance Health Systems, Innovation Associates, Innventure, and is a former board member of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, Verizon Communications Inc., and PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
Arsen Avakian
Co-Founder and CEO
Arsen is the founder and former CEO of Argo Tea. Over the last 15 years, Arsen built Argo Tea into one of the most respected CPG tea brands and the largest tea café chain globally. Prior to founding Argo Tea, Arsen led the business development and corporate ventures group of i2 Technologies, the pioneer and global leader in supply chain management software solutions.
Glen Tullman
Co-Founder and Vice Chairman
Glen is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Livongo, and co-founder and Managing Partner of 7wire Ventures, a Chicago-based investment firm focused on healthcare and education. Glen has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Allscripts, the leading global provider of Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and Electronic Prescribing systems, where he led its IPO and secondary offerings.
Karen Daniel
Director
Karen is the retired Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and President of the Global Finance & Technology Solutions division for Black & Veatch (B&V), a global leader in providing engineering, consulting and construction services for Power, Oil & Gas, Water, and Telecommunication Sectors. She serves on the corporate Boards of Snap-on Incorporated and Commerce Bancshares, and recently completed her terms on the boards of Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Kansas City and Livongo Health.
Eric Hsia
Director
Eric is interested in companies at the intersection of health and information technology, finance and technology, and consumer services. He supports TransLink's portfolio companies to engage customers and partners in Asia and leads the firm's investment activities in Israel. Active current lead investments include AiFi, aktiia, Epic!, Gamevice, Opsys Technologies, Sensifree, and Somnoware as well as active engagement with HZO. Noteworthy past TransLink investments include Misfit (ACQ: Fossil).
Ray Lane
Director
Ray is a technology executive and venture capitalist best known for leading the turnaround of Oracle Corporation in the 1990's. As Oracle's President and COO, Ray re-established the company's leadership in the database market and grew Oracle's market cap by 65x to over $200 billion. After leaving Oracle, Ray became a Managing Partner with Kleiner Perkins for 14 years before becoming Partner Emeritus with the firm.
Mattew J. Shattock
Director
Since April 2019, Matthew Shattock serves as non-executive chairman of the board of Beam Suntory Inc., the world's third-largest premium spirits company. He previously served as chairman and CEO of Beam Suntory, having joined Beam in March 2009 as president and CEO and led the company's successful growth strategy transformation and subsequent integration of the Beam and Suntory spirits businesses following Beam's acquisition by Suntory in 2014.

Gayle deDie
Senior VP of Marketing
Gayle is a proven marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, B2B and B2C omnichannel campaigns, business development, and go-to-marketing strategies. Prior to joining Cooler Screens, Gayle held various marketing, sales, and product strategy roles during her 13-year tenure at Google. Most recently, she was Head of Global Programs and Media and led Google Cloud's integrated demand generation while also developing and championing Google Cloud's external Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program.
John Gomez
President & Chief CX and Operating Officer
John Gomez has held senior executive positions with several world-class brands. Before joining Cooler Screens, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer at KKR owned Cardenas Markets where he led the effort to double the size of this $1B+ Hispanic food retailer. Prior to Cardenas Markets, John held the positions of EVP Operations, Marketing and Merchandising at Trader Joe's. He now rejoins Arsen where he previously served as Argo Tea's COO.
Artem Lavrinovich
Chief Data and Product Officer
Artem is a senior executive with a track record of using data and science to gain and activate insights, resulting in better experience for customers while generating economic value for retailers and brands.

Most recently, Artem was a Director of Customer Engagement and Data Science at Amazon, focused on envisioning, developing, and scaling data science capabilities for Kindle/Books.
Anand Muralidaran
SVP and Chief Growth Officer
Anand is a passionate retail executive with 28 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Best Buy, Sephora and Williams Sonoma. Before joining Cooler Screens, Anand was responsible for global GTM strategy and business development for retail, CPG and QSRs at NVIDIA delivering strategic and disruptive AI/ML use cases for retailers and partners. Anand is passionate about the role stores play in the overall experience and is on a mission to unify the offline/online customer experience and brand insights.
Mark Wattley
Chief People Officer
Mark is serious and passionate about Human Resources driving business success while also fostering an incredible team member experience. Mark brings an extensive record of success as an employment attorney and HR leader to Cooler Screens. In nearly 20 years with Walgreens and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Mark held senior attorney and HR leader roles. Most recently he was the Vice President of HR Mergers & Acquisitions with Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
Roy Yu
Finance Lead
Roy is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate development and investment activities. Most recently, Roy was the President and Chief Financial Officer of Argo Tea, one of the most respected tea brands globally. Prior to Argo Tea, Roy was a private equity investor with American Securities and ICV Partners. Roy started his career in M&A investment banking with Merrill Lynch.

Andrew is a successful and accomplished business leader, CEO, and trusted advisor to numerous executives across multiple industries. With over twenty-five years of management experience, he is known for a deep transformational business acumen, aligning senior teams and organizations on strategies and key initiatives, creating impactful strategic and operational plans, executing complex M&A transactions, developing strong internal and external communications, and for building followership of global cross-functional teams to deliver significant value and transformation.
Bill Bosway
William T. Bosway is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a Director, of Gibraltar Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROCK). Mr. Bosway has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Corporation\'s Refrigeration & Food Equipment segment since June 2016, following a 26-year career at Emerson Electric.
Dr. Ann Cavoukian
Dr. Ann Cavoukian is recognized as one of the world\'s leading privacy experts. She is currently the Executive Director of the Global Privacy & Security by Design Centre and is also a Senior Fellow of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre at Ryerson University. Until June 2019, Dr. Cavoukian was the Distinguished Expert-in-Residence, leading the Privacy by Design Centre of Excellence at Ryerson University.
Neil Golden
Neil is a Fortune 500 Consumer Products/Retail Executive with 20+ years of C-level/national leadership and long history of Board engagement. He's masterful at creating clear, compelling vision, shaping new strategies, and inspiring and aligning diverse groups. He has been successful in driving strong revenue, profit and market share results across diverse business environments through breadth of skills in business strategy, marketing, field operations, strategic partnerships, and business development.
Andy Hill
Andy is a successful and accomplished senior executive with over 27 years of experience working in the field of data and advanced analytics to drive growth with some of the world's leading retailers and FCMG companies. Andy is a proven leader and recognized in the global data space, selected by Data IQ in 2022 as #1 most influential person in Data, as well as a Data Visionary.

Today Andy serves as the Chief Data Officer at Unilever, with responsibility for the global data, advanced analytics (AI) and information agenda at Unilever spanning the full enterprise.
Mark Ibbotson
Over the course of his career, Mark has held several senior executive positions in Omni channel retail, most recently as the EVP of Realty and Central Operations at Walmart. To each role, Mark has brought clearly defined objectives and goals, which, with a well-defined strategy and innovation, all teams have delivered results before taking on new challenges. Mark's approach can be condensed to two core values; ensuring the continual growth of the company and managing the development of a constructive cohesive working environment that allows employees to excel through disruption and change
Don Kingsborough
Don has more than 30 years of technology leadership and innovation success with expertise in the retail industry. His past roles include VP of Retail and Prepaid Products at PayPay, Inc. Don pioneered the gift card industry and founded Blackhawk Network which became the definitive leader in sales of prepaid card products. He also founded and served as CEO of toy manufacturer Worlds of Wonder, Inc.

Previously, Don also served as the President of Consumer Products at Atari where he led the introduction of Nintendo to America growing sales from zero to more than $2 billion in four years.
Neil Z. Stern
Neil specializes in strategic planning and the development of new retail concepts. He prides himself on long-standing relationships and repeat engagements with valued clients, many extending over ten years.

During his career at McMillanDoolittle, Neil has developed strategies and new concepts for a diverse variety of clients across the retail industry. Key clients have included an impressive mix of retailers, including Nike, Samsung, Hallmark, Emart, Kroger, Hallmark Stores, Procter & Gamble and many others.
Rishad Tobaccowala
Rishad Tobaccowala is a Senior Advisor to the Publicis Groupe where he has spent his entire 37 career, most recently serving as the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Strategist of the Groupe. Tobaccowala was named by BusinessWeek as one of the top business leaders for his pioneering innovation and TIME magazine dubbed him one of five “Marketing Innovators”. He is in the Ad Age Interactive Hall of Fame and has received a lifetime achievement silver medal award from the Chicago Ad Federation.
