Arsen is the founder and former CEO of Argo Tea. Over the last 15 years, Arsen built Argo Tea into one of the most respected CPG tea brands and the largest tea café chain globally.
Prior to founding Argo Tea, Arsen led the business development and corporate ventures group of i2 Technologies, the pioneer and global leader in supply chain management software solutions.
Glen is the Chairman and Chief Executive Oﬃcer of Livongo, and co-founder and Managing Partner of 7wire Ventures, a Chicago-based investment firm focused on healthcare and education.
Glen has also served as Chief Executive Oﬃcer of Allscripts, the leading global provider of Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and Electronic Prescribing systems, where he led its IPO and secondary oﬀerings.
Dan is the Chief Financial Officer/Vice Dean of NYU Langone Health and advises EFO Management LLC in New York. Dan’s career spans tax law, city government, investment management and health care finance and operations. Prior to his current roles, Dan also served as the comptroller for the City of Chicago, was a managing director and partner at Citadel, one of the world’s leading alternative investment management firms and market makers, and was the head of tax at NBC and GE Consumer Finance, which has operations in 54 countries.
Jennifer has extensive experience in out-of-home advertising, marketing and media buying, covering the legal aspects of everything from digital billboard construction to blimp tours. She is also currently the General Counsel of a family office in New York where she works on a variety of matters, including investments and charitable endeavors. Prior to joining the family office, Jennifer served as senior in-house counsel at an out-of-home advertising and branding company and then at a global advertising agency.

Jamie served as the President of VSA Partners for 27 years. Under his leadership, VSA's revenue grew $80MM with offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco. VSA became an internationally recognized design agency serving such brands as ABInBev, Coca-Cola, GE, Google, Harley-Davidson, IBM and P&G.
Jamie is the recipient of more than 200 national and international design awards and his work is featured in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress.

John is the former Chief Revenue Oﬃcer for Cars.com, where he oversaw functions of revenue growth, client and account relationships and revenue management. During his time at Cars.com, John built a team of over 750 people who sold and managed over 20,000 local automotive dealers and partnerships with national dealer groups and over 30 car manufacturers.

Akilesh is an accomplished business leader with 25 years of experience in enterprise software and management consulting.
Most recently, he was the Global Vice President of Digital Transformation at SAP, where he drove strategic customer engagements leveraging design thinking and business model innovation and was instrumental in establishing value-based selling.
Chief Technology Officer
Rob is the former SVP and Chief Information Oﬃcer for DISH Network, responsible for its enterprise information technology strategy and operations.
At DISH, Rob led the company’s big data and analytics eﬀorts, supported the implementation of DISH Media Sales’ programmatic TV advertising platform, and helped launch the Sling TV platform. He led the implementation of a new supply chain platform and drove the company’s agile transformation efforts to increase collaborative delivery and productivity.
VP Hardware Engineering and Innovation
Gagik spent the last 17 years with Corning, where most recently he was an entrepreneur responsible for identifying, incubating and accelerating new revenue opportunities. He has held positions of increasing responsibilities including novel products planning, product engineering, marketing and business development in telecommunications, automotive, electronics, healthcare and medical equipment, and advanced coatings industries.
Content Management Lead
Before joining Cooler Screens, Lucía was a senior content manager at VSA Partners, Inc. During her time at VSA, she led the management and creation of content for large-scale website redesigns, working with clients like IBM, P&G, Marvin, and Hyatt. Prior to her work as a content manager, Lucía held various journalistic roles including assistant editor for a hyperlocal newspaper in Chicago where she led editorial and website strategy.
Director of In-Store Development
Lee spent 36 years in retail management for Walgreens. In his many roles, he led, monitored and facilitated everyday store operations.
Lee was involved in opening the Oklahoma City and Kansas City markets for Walgreens. He was responsible for recruiting and building a team, cultivating business relationships, communicating company strategies and building the company culture and overseeing daily operations to grow revenues and build a new customer base.
VP of Software Engineering and Program Management
Marcel is a seasoned technology leader with over 14 years of experience in product development and delivery in the e-commerce industry. For the last ten years, he was CTO of Thanx Media, a provider of shopping, merchandising, and personalization software to the Internet Retailer Top 500. He was instrumental in expanding the innovative software portfolio and building out the teams to support customer growth.

Steven strives to apply human-centered design thinking and methodologies toward solving the needs of clients such as Coca-Cola, Converse, IBM, Motorola, Sony, and Under Armour. He was formerly a design discipline lead and partner at VSA Partners, Inc., where he spent 22 years building and guiding creative teams. He has also served as Vice President and President of AIGA Chicago.
Melissa is passionate about creating solutions that simplify and enrich experiences, drawing on user behaviors and attitudes to inform design decisions. She has worked with clients such as Samsung, IBM, Hyatt, Google, and SCJohnson. Most recently, she was an Associate Creative Director at VSA Partners where she lead digital projects from concept to development.
Senior Product Owner
Before joining Cooler Screens, Ernesto was a Technical Product Manager at Outcome Health and Allscripts. During his time at Outcome, he successfully launched two flagship touch screen products that brought innovation to patient and doctor consultations in exam rooms across the country. Prior to his work as a product manager, Ernesto held various support and customer service roles for companies such as Redbox and Groupon.
Prior to his current role in private ventures and advisory boards, Jesus served as EVP and Chief Merchandising Oﬃcer of 7-ELEVEN, North America, with 67,000 stores worldwide and 9,500 stores in the US and Canada with $36 Billion in Revenues. His responsibilities included Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital. He also served as President of 7-Ventures, LLC, investing in new innovative products, services and technologies.
Gibraltar Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROCK) today announced the appointment of William T. Bosway as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Director, effective January 2, 2019. Mr. Bosway has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Corporation’s Refrigeration & Food Equipment segment since June 2016, following a 26-year career at Emerson Electric. As part of the Company’s planned succession strategy, Frank Heard will remain employed with the Company in the newly created role of Vice Chairman of the Board through March 3, 2020, with the principal responsibility of ensuring a smooth leadership transition.
